VP15TF Grade (The Miracle PVD Advantage): The VP15TF grade features a micro-grain carbide substrate with a specialized Al-Ti-N Miracle Coating. This PVD coating is applied thinly to preserve the extreme sharpness of the ground edge. It is remarkably versatile, offering excellent wear resistance in carbon steel and high adhesion resistance in gummy stainless steels.
F Chipbreaker (Fine-Cut Geometry): The F-breaker is a sharp, positive-rake geometry designed for light depths of cut. It generates low cutting forces, which is essential for preventing vibration on small diameters or thin-walled parts. It ensures consistent chip breaking even at high speeds.
G-Class Ground Precision: Every DCGT insert is periphery-ground. This results in tighter tolerances on the inscribed circle (I.C.) and thickness, ensuring that your machine tool offsets remain consistent every time you index the insert.
