US735 Grade (Tough CVD): The US735 is Mitsubishi's premier grade for Stainless Steel. It features a specialized CVD coating designed to prevent thermal cracking and notch wear. This grade is highly recommended for "unstable" conditions, such as interrupted cuts or when the workpiece material is particularly gummy (e.g., 304, 316, or Duplex Stainless).
MV Chipbreaker (Medium-V Finishing): The MV geometry is a versatile finishing-to-medium chipbreaker. It provides excellent chip control across a range of depths ($Ap$), effectively breaking long stringy chips that are common when machining stainless steel, thereby protecting your workpiece and the tool holder.
