VP15TF Grade (PVD Miracle Coating): The VP15TF is Mitsubishi’s most versatile PVD-coated grade. It features the "Miracle" coating—a high-adhesion Al-Ti-N layer that provides extreme oxidation resistance. Unlike thick CVD coatings, this PVD layer is thin and uniform, keeping the cutting edge ultra-sharp. It is the gold standard for machining Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Tough Alloys (M10-M30, P10-P30, S10-S25).
DCMT Geometry (Precision Profiling): The 55-degree diamond shape with a 7-degree relief angle is the ultimate geometry for internal boring and external profiling. The positive rake design reduces cutting forces, making it perfect for small-diameter parts or light-duty CNC lathes.
