MV Chipbreaker (Medium-V Finishing): The MV geometry is Mitsubishi's most balanced chipbreaker. It effectively controls chips across a broad range of speeds, preventing "bird-nesting" during automated cycles.
0.8mm Radius (High Feed & Strength): The "08" (1/32") radius is the choice for durability. It allows for higher feed rates ($fn$) while maintaining edge integrity. UE6020 (CVD): Optimized for carbon and alloy steel. It handles heat much better than other grades, allowing for the highest speeds.
US735 (CVD): Switch to US735 ONLY if you are machining stainless steel or if your cut is heavily interrupted. UE6020 is too "hard" for high-impact stainless work but superior for continuous steel turning.
