Its high fracture toughness allows it to handle interrupted cuts and rough surface scales without edge failure.
DCMT Geometry (Positive Chip Control): The 55-degree diamond shape with a 7-degree relief angle ensures low cutting resistance. This geometry is designed to "shear" the material, reducing the work-hardening effect on the workpiece—a critical factor when machining materials like 304 and 316 stainless.
