UE6110 Grade (Hardened Steel Specialist): The UE6110 is Mitsubishi’s elite CVD grade for high-speed turning of carbon and alloy steels. DCMT 15 Size (Maximum Stability): The 15mm length (43 size) provides a larger seating surface in the tool holder. This added mass absorbs vibration much more effectively than smaller 07 or 11 sizes, ensuring a stable cut on large diameter workpieces or when using extended-reach boring bars.
