MC5015 Grade Technology
The MC5015 grade features Mitsubishi's Nano-Texture Technology. The crystal grains of the Al2O3 (Alumina) coating are oriented in the same direction, which significantly increases hardness and crater wear resistance. This makes it ideal for high-speed dry cutting where heat management is critical.
GK Chipbreaker Logic
The GK chipbreaker is specialized for cast iron. It features a robust land area that provides the cutting edge strength necessary to handle the abrasive nature of GCI (Gray Cast Iron) and NCI (Nodular Cast Iron), effectively preventing sudden edge chipping.
