The "Mirage" coating utilizes a micro-layered structure that offers extreme hardness combined with incredible adhesion. This prevents the "peeling" often seen in cheaper coatings and is specifically engineered to stop Built-Up Edge (BUE) in sticky 304/316 Stainless Steel and aerospace alloys.
MA Chipbreaker (The Versatile Standard): The MA geometry is the industry’s most balanced chipbreaker. It features a medium rake angle that is sharp enough to cut through gummy stainless but strong enough to handle the scale on alloy steel. It ensures stable chip evacuation, protecting your workpiece from scratches and reducing machine downtime.
0.8mm Radius (High-Volume Stability): The "08" (1/32") radius is the perfect compromise for 90% of turning applications. It provides high edge security for roughing passes while still leaving a smooth, commercial-grade surface finish during finishing passes.
