Material Grade & FM Chipbreaker
VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD): A high-performance PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coated carbide. The proprietary Miracle Coating provides an ultra-smooth surface that reduces friction and prevents Built-Up Edge (BUE). This grade is optimized for General Purpose Steel, Stainless Steel, and Heat-Resistant Alloys.
FM Chipbreaker (The Finisher): The FM geometry features a sharp, positive rake angle specifically designed for Light Finishing. It excels at breaking chips in shallow depths of cut (Ap) where standard "Medium" chipbreakers would fail, preventing surface marring and tangled "bird-nest" chips.
0.4mm Precision Radius: The 04 (1/64") radius is the industry standard for High-Quality Finishing. It provides excellent dimensional control and a superior surface finish while maintaining enough edge strength to resist minor vibration.
