UTI20T Uncoated Sharpness
The UTI20T grade is an uncoated tungsten carbide grade optimized for non-ferrous material grooving. By removing the coating layer, the cutting edge remains "up-sharp," which is essential for preventing built-up edge (BUE) in sticky materials like aluminum. It provides excellent thermal conductivity and high wear resistance in cast iron machining.
MLG Precision Geometry
