VP15TF Miracle Grade
The VP15TF grade is Mitsubishi’s premier PVD Miracle coating (Al-Ti-N) over a tough micro-grain carbide. This grade is optimized for adhesion resistance and thermal stability. It is the gold standard for threading stainless steel and alloy steels where cutting temperatures are high and the risk of built-up edge (BUE) is significant.
-S Type (3D) Chipbreaker
The -S type chipbreaker is specifically designed to solve the "bird-nesting" chip problem in internal boring and threading. Its 3D molded geometry forces chips to curl and break into small segments, allowing them to be flushed out easily by coolant, even in small diameter bores where space is limited.
