VP15TF Miracle Grade
The VP15TF grade is Mitsubishi's premium universal PVD solution. It combines a high-toughness carbide substrate with the proprietary Miracle (Al-Ti-N) coating. This provides the indexable threading insert with extreme heat resistance and prevents built-up edge (BUE), which is critical when machining gummy materials like 304 or 316 stainless steel.
