VP15TF Miracle Grade
The VP15TF grade is Mitsubishi's premium universal carbide solution. It features a micro-grain substrate coated with proprietary Miracle (Al-Ti-N) PVD. This grade offers extreme edge toughness and heat resistance, making it perfect for indexable threading in materials prone to built-up edge (BUE) like SUS304 and SUS316.
-S Type (3D) Chipbreaker
The -S molded chipbreaker is specifically engineered for threading chip control. By curling the chip into a spiral before it can nest, it prevents surface damage and reduces cutting forces.
