VP15TF Miracle Grade
The VP15TF Miracle grade is a flagship PVD coating technology. By combining a high-toughness micro-grain substrate with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride (AlTiN) coating, it provides incredible resistance to built-up edge and crater wear. It is particularly effective for interrupted cuts where other inserts might chip.
Strong Edge Geometry
The 0.8mm radius (08) provides a stronger cutting edge than thinner variants, significantly reducing cutting resistance for larger depths of cut. This precision machining geometry ensures stable surface finishes even under high-load semi-finishing conditions in stainless steel production.
