UE6110 Grade Performance
The UE6110 grade is Mitsubishi’s premium CVD coating optimized for steel. It utilizes a thick Al2O3 layer that serves as an excellent heat shield, providing unmatched resistance to crater wear and flank wear at high cutting speeds. This grade is best used in stable, continuous cutting conditions where maximum tool life is the objective.
