F7030 Multi-Phase Coating
The F7030 grade is a specialized CVD coated carbide. It utilizes a fibrous TiCN and micro-grain Al2O3 layer that provides industry-leading wear resistance and thermal shock resistance. JS Chipbreaker Geometry
The JS Chipbreaker is a finishing-to-light-medium geometry. It features a sharp cutting edge that significantly reduces cutting resistance. This prevents burr generation and heat buildup, ensuring an excellent surface finish on carbon steels and difficult-to-cut stainless alloys.
