The VP15TF grade combines a high-toughness micro-grain carbide substrate with Mitsubishi's proprietary Miracle PVD coating (AlTiN base). This provides superior oxidation resistance and hardness, making it ideal for boring stainless steel and alloy steels where heat-induced wear is a major concern. F-Breaker for Chip Control
The F-breaker (Finishing Breaker) is meticulously ground for ultra-light cutting loads. It excels in chip evacuation at low feed rates and shallow depths of cut, preventing "bird-nesting" in small bore applications. The "L" (Left-hand) configuration is specifically designed for use in specialized internal boring bars or back-turning setups.
