The VP15TF grade is Mitsubishi's legendary Miracle PVD coating. It combines high hardness with excellent oxidation resistance, effectively preventing built-up edge (BUE) and chipping. This makes it an ideal long-tail precision tool for 304/316 stainless and heat-resistant alloys.
MS Chipbreaker Advantage
The MS chipbreaker is a specialized medium-light cutting geometry. Its sharp rake angle reduces cutting resistance and heat, ensuring stable chip evacuation even in gummy materials, which dramatically improves the surface finish of the workpiece.
