VP15TF Miracles Coating
The VP15TF grade is a micro-grain carbide substrate with an AlTiN-based PVD coating. This "Miracles" series is legendary for its stable machining capabilities. It resists welding and thermal cracking, making it the ideal choice for lathe turning operations in sticky materials like 300-series stainless steel.
FS "Super-Finish" Breaker
The FS chipbreaker is a G-class finishing geometry. It features an ultra-sharp cutting edge and high-positive rake angle to reduce cutting forces. It provides excellent chip evacuation even at the lightest depths of cut, preventing surface marring on critical bores.
