VP15TF PVD Carbide
The VP15TF grade is a micro-grain carbide coated with AlTiN. This "Miracles" coating provides incredible heat resistance and prevents built-up edge (BUE). It is specifically engineered for lathe turning operations that require stable machining across carbon steels, stainless steels, and cast iron.
FS "Super-Finish" Breaker
The FS chipbreaker features an ultra-sharp cutting edge and high positive geometry. It provides superior chip evacuation even at the lightest depths of cut, ensuring a clean workpiece surface and preventing the stringy chips common in CNC boring of stainless materials.
