The VP15TF grade is a micro-grain carbide substrate with a specialized AlTiN PVD coating. This "Miracles" series is legendary for providing stable machining across carbon, alloy, and stainless steels. It significantly reduces built-up edge (BUE) and chemical wear during lathe turning.
FS "Super-Finish" Breaker
The FS chipbreaker features an ultra-sharp rake and high positive geometry to minimize cutting forces. It provides excellent chip evacuation even at the lightest depths of cut, preventing surface marring in critical CNC boring operations.
