HTI10 Carbide Mastery
The HTI10 grade is an uncoated micro-grain carbide. While coatings are useful for heat resistance in steel, they often round the cutting edge. By remaining uncoated, HTI10 provides a surgical sharpness that prevents "gumming" in aluminum and results in much lower cutting forces, making it ideal for thin-walled components.
