Miracle PVD Grade VP15TF
The VP15TF grade combines a micro-grain carbide substrate with an Al-Ti-N PVD coating. This provides a "tough-hard" surface that prevents Built-Up Edge (BUE). It is particularly effective for stainless steel turning where material adhesion is the primary cause of tool failure.
MV Multi-Value Chipbreaker
The MV chipbreaker is designed for stability. While finishing chipbreakers can be brittle, the MV design handles depth of cut variations gracefully. Combined with the 0.8mm radius, it allows for high-efficiency machining in rough-to-finish operations.
