The UE6020 CVD Advantage
UE6020 is a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) grade designed specifically for the P10-P30 machining range. Unlike PVD coatings, the thick layered structure provides a massive heat barrier. This is critical for high-speed turning in carbon steel where the cutting temperature can exceed the limits of standard PVD inserts.
MV "Multi-Value" Chipbreaker
The MV chipbreaker is an all-purpose geometry for light-to-medium finishing. It forces chips into a compact curl, preventing workpiece surface damage and "stringers" in deep internal boring. It is optimized to perform across a wide range of feed rates in production environments.
