VP15TF is a physical vapor deposition (PVD) grade featuring an Al-Ti-N Miracle coating. This coating is highly resistant to crater wear and oxidation. Its high-toughness micro-grain substrate makes it the standard for Stainless steel turning and applications involving interrupted cutting where standard carbides chip.
MV "Multi-Value" Chipbreaker
The MV chipbreaker is designed for light-to-medium finishing. Its geometry forces chips into a compact curl, preventing the "bird-nesting" effect in deep internal boring. It is optimized to handle a wide range of feed rates, providing "multi-value" across different machining conditions.
