A: We do not recommend TH10 for steel. It is an uncoated grade meant for non-ferrous metals. For steel, please choose GH110 or GH330 coated grades.

A: No. This is a Right-hand (R) insert. It must be paired with a Right-hand tool holder (WTJNR) to ensure the chipbreaker faces the workpiece correctly.
