By utilizing an uncoated, ultra-fine grain carbide with a Mirror-Polished Rake Face, this insert minimizes friction and heat generation. The 0.8mm (1/32") Corner Radius provides superior edge strength, allowing for significantly higher feed rates and deeper cuts in Aluminum, Copper, and Brass without sacrificing the signature high-gloss finish of the H01 grade.
