VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD Performance): The VP15TF grade is the pinnacle of universal PVD coatings. The Miracle Coating (Al-Ti-N) provides an extreme thermal barrier. Because the coating is thin and uniform, it preserves the high-precision ground edge of the DCET series, preventing the microscopic rounding that causes dimensional drift in small parts.
SN Chipbreaker (The Low-Force Finisher): The SN geometry is engineered for "Super-light" cutting. It features a high-rake angle that reduces radial cutting force to the absolute minimum. This is vital when machining slender shafts or small-diameter bores where tool pressure would otherwise cause part deflection or chatter.
0.2mm (0.0078") Radius & Ground Accuracy: The 02 radius is designed for high-precision profiles. Being an E-Class (Ground) insert, the tolerances on the I.C. and thickness are significantly tighter than standard M-class inserts, ensuring your "first part" is as accurate as your "last part."
